The fall season is one to look forward to for many reasons, for the fall leaves, apple picking, haunted hayrides, and of course the pumpkin seeds. Though, it's also the season of new releases, exemplifying the world's latest technology. New phones are among some of the most popular electronics bought during this time of year!

Have you been wondering about the latest options, and whether or not you should upgrade? Here are some of the highlights, and most popular phones on the market to look into!

iPhone 8 and 8 Plus

As one of the most popular phones used across the world, the Apple iPhone 8 has been one of the hot topics of the market, in celebration of its 10th anniversary. The phone introduces all-new glass designs and an even better camera than the last! Some of its new features include having the smartest, and most powerful chip ever in a smartphone, wireless charging, and "augmented reality experiences never before possible." This phone is also water and dust resistant, which is something the public has been asking for. There are two sizes, the 8, having a 4.7-inch Retina HD display, and the 8 plus, having a 5.5-inch Retina HD display. The iPhone 8 and 8 plus will be available for pre-order October 27th and on sale November 3rd.

Google Pixel 2

Having said to be "smarter" and "simpler," the Google Pixel 2 will be the second smartphone under the Google label. There is an improved camera, 5-inch full HD AMOLED display, coming in at 441 pixels per inch. The "always-on display" features will allow you to see the time, date, email and text message notifications, and reminders on the screen without having to unlock or touch the phone. There will be no headphone jack with this phone, but a faster fingerprint scanner and dual front-facing speakers, as well as an all-day battery life (seven-hour use from a 15-minute charge). The Pixel 2, as well as the Pixel 2 XL, are available for pre-order now and are expected to be on sale October 19th.

LG V30

As the LG G7 isn't going to be released until 2018, the company has announced the V30, which is available to pre-order now. It includes another FullVision Display, but with a 6-inch screen. The phone also has a dual-camera, new digital filters and sound preset, the 'second screen' turning into a "floating bar," more personalization options for users, and of course, the battery supporting both wired and wireless charging. The final design includes a tough and durable waterproof Gorilla Glass and a metal frame. The phones will
